THE LEHIGH VALLEY Arts Council and Lehigh Valley Partnership will co-sponsor the public forum "Whose Business is the Arts?" and release the findings of the recent economic impact study of the region's nonprofit arts and cultural industry. Roland Kushner, professor of business, Muhlenberg College, will present and interpret the economic data. Ben Cameron, program director for the arts at the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, will deliver the keynote address. Todd Watkins, executive director of the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation at Lehigh University, will facilitate a break-out session that explores "How to Raise Earned Income," featuring local case studies.
