Hires and promotions at Lehigh Valley area companies

Devlin has joined Margle Law Offices in Bethlehem as an associate attorney. His practice includes family law, real estate, municipal, zoning, wills, criminal law and general civil litigation. A lifelong Lehigh Valley native, Devlin graduated from Allen High School in 2002. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in politics from Ursinus College, and a juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Lehigh County and Northampton County bar associations. Carol A. Budd has joined the Bucks County Region of Team Capital Bank as a senior vice president and senior lender. She will work out of the bank's Newtown office and will be responsible for growing the commercial loan portfolio for that office. Budd was previously a commercial relationship manager at Susquehanna Bank, a position she held for six years. Prior to that, she was a senior loan officer with Yardville National Bank. Kevin R. Harvey has joined the Team Capital Bank's Somerset region as vice president and commercial lender and will be responsible for the commercial loan business in the Somerville, N.J., office, where he will be based. Harvey comes to Team Capital Bank with more than 16 years of lending experience, most recently as a commercial lender with NVE Bank in New Jersey. Prior to that, he was senior commercial lender for Capital One Bank. John P. Oliver has joined the Hunterdon County region of Team Capital Bank, serving commercial loan clients in the Flemington, N.J., market as vice president and commercial lender. Oliver will work out of the bank's Flemington office. With nearly 30 years of banking experience, Oliver's previous position was vice president of commercial lending at Unity Bank. Before that, he held a similar position at Somerset Valley Bank.
