NBC has shifted the launch of its new midseason drama Council of Dads. The series will premiere Tuesday, March 24 at 10 p.m. ET/PT immediately following the season finale of This Is Us. The show will then now return in its new timeslot beginning Thursday, April 30 at 8 p.m. through July 9. The network's hit drama New Amsterdam will air March 10 and 17 in its normal 10 p.m. timeslot, which was originally planned as Council of Dad airings. Council of Dad stars Sarah Wayne Callies, Clive Standen, Tom Everett Scott, J. August Richards, Blue Chapman, Emjay Anthony, Michele Weaver, Thalia Tran, Steven Silver and Michael O'Neill.

AMC announced that it has cast Annie Murphy (Schitt's Creek) in Kevin Can F*** Himself in the lead role of Kevin's wife, Allison, a dark comedy about a woman who escapes her confines and discovers her rage. Kevin Can F*** Himself probes the secret life of a type of woman we all grew up believing we knew: the sitcom wife. Kevin Can F*** Himself looks to break television convention and ask what the world looks like through her eyes. It's official, Friends fans! After 15 years, nine months, and innumerable fan requests from around the globe, we now have the 'brand-new information' you've been waiting for. The Friends cast will be reuniting exclusively for an untitled unscripted special for HBO Max, WarnerMedia's direct-to-consumer offering debuting in May 2020. Series stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer will return to the iconic comedy's original soundstage, Stage 24, on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank for a celebration of the beloved show. The unscripted cast reunion special, along with all 236 episodes of the Emmy(R)-winning series, will be available to subscribers at the launch of HBO Max. Ben Winston will direct the special and will executive produce along with Friends executive producers Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman, and David Crane. The special hails from Warner Bros. Actress Ja'Net DuBois, who was best known for her role as Willona Woods in Good Times, has died. She died on February 18 of natural causes in her sleep at her Glendale, California, home. Sources differ on her age. Some list her as 74, 81 or 87.

As of a few weeks ago, '90s staple Family Matters is now back on TBS! The series is airing weekdays from 5am-6:30am. It is replacing Married...with Children. The TBS line-up consists of Family Matters in the mornings, followed by blocks of Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld and Friends from 6:30am-4pm. A mix of Bob's Burgers, American Dad! and Family Guy airs in early fringe with Seinfeld on most days in access from 7-8pm leading into The Big Bang Theory in primetime (sometimes Family Guy is in prime). Late fringe has Brooklyn Nine-Nine and New Girl after 12am, check listings for which days they run. And in the overnight 2 Broke Girls airs usually between 3-5am. Back to Family Matters, the Urkel sitcom also airs of course on TV One in the late afternoons and a huge Friday block that runs til late night.

After serving his time at the halfway house and having his food truck go up in flames, season three finds Tray (Morgan) forced into finding a new place to live, and new forms of income. He lands in gentrified Brooklyn with a host of colorful, hipster neighbors, where he begins to give "hood legend" walking tours of the city that is forever changing around him. Meanwhile, Tray's ex-girlfriend Shay (Haddish) is presented with the business opportunity of a lifetime, which could mean big changes for the whole family. Ryan Gaul, Allen Maldonado, Taylor Mosby, Dante Hoagland, Bresha Webb, Anna Maria Horsford, Derek Gaines and Joel Marsh Garland will all return this season.

Lauren Graham has been cast in the lead role in the new Disney+ series The Mighty Ducks. Graham will star as Alex and Brady Noon is set to portray her son, Evan. Based on the '90s hit franchise, the 10-episode original series begins production this month in Vancouver and will premiere later this year on the streaming service. Graham is also a co-executive producer on the series. In present day Minnesota, the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team. After 12-year-old Evan (Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom Alex (Graham) set out to build their own ragtag team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of competitive youth sports.

Additionally, the streamer comes ready to battle with a judge panel that will chant, chop and destroy each ball featuring Megan Thee Stallion, Law Roach, Leiomy Maldonado alongside a weekly rotating guest judge with commentary by Dashaun Wesley and DJ MikeQ at the turntable. In this series highlighting modern day ball culture, divas battle on teams called "Houses" in fashion and dance challenges including vogueing for the chance to snatch the legendary trophy and win a cash prize. Voguing is a competitive style of modern dance featuring high fashion and choreography based on poses struck by models. Legendary features eight voguing houses, each comprised of five performers and a leader - the house "parent." The teams compete in an arcing competition that documents a themed ball every episode from start to finish giving full access to the behind the scenes action.

When her career and personal life get derailed, an aspiring young country singer named Bailey (played by Katharine McPhee) takes a job as a nanny for a rugged cowboy named Beau (played by Eddie Cibrian) and his five children. With a never-give up attitude and loads of Southern charm, this newbie-nanny is able to navigate the family dynamics and be the mother figure they've been missing. To her surprise, Bailey also gets the band she's been missing in this musically talented family who help get her back on the road to stardom.
