Princeton University running back Chuck Dibilio seeking doctor approval to play again

"My one thing I always do and told them is always have something in your head to think about when you're going through tough times like two-a-day practices and your friends are at the beach," Dibilio said. "I would always have a phrase in my head to make the situation easier. Something that motivates you." Dibilio is never short of motivation. The Express-Times 2010 Football Player of the Year has taken the next steps to return to football at Princeton University after suffering a stroke on Jan. 19.
