Phillipsburg High School's Anthony Ciavarella to play in N.J. high school All-Star game

The N.J. Coaches Association All-Star games will be played simultaneously on adjacent fields at the Diamond Nation complex. The Northeast squad will face the Northwest, and the Central will oppose the South.
