RETIREMENT BASH: Northampton Community College invites the community to a farewell celebration 6-9 p.m. Friday honoring president Dr. Arthur Scott and Sue Kubik, vice president of Institutional Advancement, both of whom will retire at the end of the academic year. The event includes cocktails and grazing on the Main Campus Quad, a program in Lipkin Theatre and coffee and dessert. Tickets are $25 per person; proceeds benefit scholarships and endowments. WALK FOR A CAUSE: Easter Seals Eastern Pa. kicks off its annual Walk With Me fundraising event at 10:30 a.m. June 23 at the Allentown Rose Garden. Adult registration of $20 includes a meal ticket, event T-shirt and sport sack. Children 15 and under can attend walk and enjoy crafts and activities at no charge. The event includes dinner, a silent auction and an awards presentation, plus music and dancing with The Toga Party Band. TGIF GOLF: The YWCA of Bethlehem's 10th annual Teaching Girls Is Fun (TGIF) Charity Golf Classic takes place at Morgan Hill in Easton on June 25, with registration from 7:15-8:15 a.m. and shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $95 per golfer or $350 per foursome.
