Historic Bethlehem Partnership to start Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts expansion

http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/bethlehem/index.ssf/2012/06/post_271.html FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES After a tumultuous approval process, Historic Bethlehem Partnership will finally start Monday on the expansion of its Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts. The project went through three long hearings with the Bethlehem Historic Architectural Review Board in the fall only to be rejected by Bethlehem City Council over concerns whether the window-less addition met the neighborhood’s historic standards. Council later reversed its decision and the project will start Monday, officials announced at a ground breaking event today.
