Hires, promotions at Lehigh Valley companies

She is responsible for promoting the use of Fizika's products and services to schools in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Tomlinson, has a master of social services degree and masters degrees in law and social policy from Bryn Mawr College. Since August 2010, she has served as co-chairwoman of the Vision 2020 State Initiative Committee. Vision 2020 is a national project focused on advanced gender equality by energizing the dialogue about women and leadership, directed by the Drexel University Institute for Women's Health and Leadership. Amani Duncan has been named vice president of brand marketing for C.F. Martin & Co. Amani is responsible for establishing the company's global marketing direction that plays a major role in the achievement of the company's domestic and international sales objectives. She was hired in January 2011 as director of promotional marketing, making this the first time that a Martin executive has been promoted to the company's internal senior core team after only one year with the company. A 17-year music industry veteran, Duncan has served as chief marketing officer of Sean Combs Enterprises, senior vice president of marketing, video production and content for the Capitol Music Group, vice president of video promotions for Virgin America and West Coast office manager at Island Def Jam Music. Brian Lokitis has joined American Bank as a vice president in its commercial lending division. Prior to joining American Bank, he was employed at Unity Bank as a vice president, commercial loan officer and relationship manager in Easton. Lokitis is involved in the community as a board member of the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce and will become its board president in July. He is also a board member at ProJeCt of Easton.
