Hall of Famer Jim Rice, many ex-Phillies and other former MLBers here this weekend

BEST is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to "finding students in need of financial assistance to fulfill their dreams and goals of obtaining a college education." The former players will be attending the 4th annual BEST College Scholarship Celebrity Reception and Golf Tournament. In addition to Rice, former Phillies Tommy Herr, Jim Eisenreich, Ozzie Virgil, Jr. and Tommy Greene are among those expected to attend the celebrity at the Sands Casino Hotel on Sunday and play in the golf tournament on Monday at the Bethlehem Golf Club.
