Former Bangor wrestling coach linked to teacher's heroin overdose charged with drug possession

Brad Washburn, 31, of Bethlehem, was allegedly discovered passed out by police in his vehicle May 25 with several small, paper-type bags with a white substance on the cloth seat of the car and a capped syringe and a glassine bag with a rubber band around it on his lap. Police say the substance tested positive for heroin.
