For barbecue tickets, call 610-965-2443. MACUNGIE MEMORIAL PARK Band Shell Renovation Project Committee will hold a band shell rededication ceremony on Sunday, June 24, at the park, 50 N. Poplar St. The schedule is as follows: opening ceremony at 12:30 p.m.; concert by Red Hill Band at 1 p.m.; Macungie Band performance at 3 p.m.; and rededication ceremony at 4:15 p.m. The refreshment stand will be open. Douglas Bolasky, former band director of the Macungie Band for 25 years, will serve as master of ceremonies. In case of rain, events will be moved inside Memorial Hall. JACOBSBURG HISTORICAL SOCIETY will present Market Faire and Rendezvous 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Boulton Historic Site, 402 Henry Road, Bushkill Township. Individuals will celebrate the bicentennial of the Boulton site by shopping at the Market Faire for 18th and 19th century curios, historic firearms and antiques, as well as visiting a Fur Trade era encampment. Demonstrations include: cannon firing, fire starting, open hearth cooking, musket firing, primitive archery and tomahawk throwing. The cost is $5; free for members and children, ages 12 and under.
