East Penn School District to eliminate busing for some Willow Lane Elementary School students

District Director of Operations Lynn Glancy said that means roughly 300 of 700 students will be walking to the Lower Macungie Township school this fall. The move, he said, will save the district about $60,000, a figure that is already worked into East Penn's proposed budget for 2012-13.
