Coach Gallagher’s teams went 98-78 under his guidance. In 2008, the Lady Canaries won the District XI 4A Championship and advanced all the way to the state semi-finals and the team finished with a 26-6 record. Yet as important, it is the time that you and your wife, Sherry, spent outside the court with your student-athletes by providing guidance, a listening ear, a good meal, transportation, or just letting them know that there is someone in their lives that truly is concerned about them obtaining success on and off the basketball court. For this, Tom Gallagher2 William Allen Athletic Department presents its most prestigious athletic award, the Canary Award for your relentless dedication and commitment to the student-athletes within the WAHS Girls Basketball Program from 2005-2012. Dr. Stanley Landis On Monday, November 14th, Dr. Landis stepped in front of the faculty and staff of William Allen High School as its interim Academic Principal. Within days, Dr. Landis came to the athletic office wanting to know how he and his staff could assist the athletic program and its student-athletes while he is at William Allen.
