Groller-Zambelli Challenge has a repeat winner

We've had two Groller-Zambelli Challenge contests so far during this basketball season and the winner of both has been Anne Pecsek of Bethlehem.

She bested 141 players (including 26 females) for two weeks straight. She beat this week's second place finisher, Shawn McGovern of Macungie, by just one point. Her guess for the tiebreaking Liberty-Freedom boys game was 55-50, which was closer to McGovern's 55-51. Freedom won 47-38.

Pecsek has correctly picked 19 out of the 20 games the first two weeks.

Amazing.

All but one of these games will be played on Friday, Jan. 13. The Bangor-CCHS boys game will be played on the 14th. You have unti the 3th to get in your selections.
