Easton Area Middle School will host the semifinals and finals for both the Lehigh Valley Conference girls and boys basketball tournaments. Now we just need to see what the matchups will be.
The tentative schedule calls for the boys semifinals to be played Tuesday, with the girls semifinals Wednesday. One semifinal each night would start at 6 p.m. The second semifinal each night would start at 7:45 p.m.
The girls final is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday. The boys final is set for an 8 p.m. start Friday.
The days for the boys and girls semifinals would flip-flop if there is a play-in game for the boys tournament on Monday. The girls field is already set, with Central Catholic, Liberty, Northampton and Nazareth making the tournament. Nazareth is locked into the No. 4 seed, with the other three seeds yet to be determined.
