It's going to be a very busy Saturday now.
Tonight's entire District 11 basketball schedule has been shifted to tomorrow afternoon because of the storm. Saturday night's original schedule remains intact.
In the boys bracket, the 3A doubleheader at Catasauqua is now set for 1 p.m. with Central Catholic vs. Wilson first, followed at about 2:30 by Northern Lehigh vs. Saucon Valley. The other 3A quarterfinals have Jim Thorpe playing Blue Mountain at Weatherly at 2:30 and Pottsville playing Panther Valley at Minersville at 2:30.
In Class A boys, there's a doubleheader at Pocono Mountain East at 1 with Notre Dame (ES) taking on Weatherly in the first game followed at 2:30 by Pius X vs. Moravian Academy. Also, Marian plays Mahanoy Area at 1 at Weatherly and Williams Valley plays Salem Christian at 1 p.m. at Minersville.
In 4A girls, there are Saturday afternoon doublheaders at Whitehall and Dieruff.
At Whitehall, Northampton plays Parkland at noon followed by Liberty vs. Easton at 1:30.
At Pleasant Valley, Nazareth plays Pocono West at 1 followed by Freedom vs. ES South at 2:30.
in 2A girls, there's a doubleheader at Northern Lehigh. Palmerton plays Notre Dame (GP) at 1 followed by Pen Argyl vs. Shenandoah at 2:30.
