The championship and consolation finals are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
In other early semifinals, Greater Latrobe freshman Luke Pletcher defeated Nazareth's Tyrone Klump 4-0, and Hempfield's Sam Krivus edged Northampton's Zach Valley 4-2. Both moved into the consolation bracket.
At 113, Lizak (43-2) won a wild early flurry to score a first-period takedown against Parker. The Pennridge junior initially was awarded a takedown, with Lizak reversing, but the referees concluded Parker did not have control, giving Lizak a takedown and a 2-0 lead.
Lizak rode Parker through an exhausting second period, but Parker scored a takedown midway through the third to make the score 4-2. Lizak defended a series of late shots for the win.
Fuentes, the Southeast region champ, scored a five-point move in overtime to defeat Waynesburg's A.C. Headlee 12-7.
Results from other semifinals:
106: Pletcher, ranked No. 2 nationally at this weight class, scored the first takedown en route to a 4-0 victory over Klump. The freshman will face Solanco's Connor Sheehan in the final.
120: Krivus scored takedowns in the first and second periods, then rode much of the third for the win over Valley. Krivus' opponent in the final is Canon-McMillan's Dalton Macri, who decisioned Pittsburgh Central Catholic's Vincenzo Joseph 5-3.
In the consolation round, Pennridge's Ben Ross (120) clinched his 100th victory with a second-period pin. Nazareth's Chase Zemenak (126), Easton's Joey Rizzolino (132), Pocono Mt. East's Ray Nicosia (152), Northampton's Bobby Fehr (160) also won their fourth-round consolations bouts.
