CANCER SUPPORT COMMUNITY GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY, Bethlehem, needs a volunteer knitting instructor. This person should be familiar with knit/crochet stitches, how to seam pieces together, how to correct mistakes and how to read patterns. COMMUNITY BIKE WORKS, Allentown, needs Earn-a-Bike instructors for children ages 9-17. Volunteers will mentor and assist children in repairing bicycles. DELAWARE & LEHIGH NATIONAL HERITAGE CORRIDOR, Easton, needs garden volunteers interested in planting and maintaining raised garden beds near Lock 44, Freemansburg. The gardens will be modeled after 19th-century Pennsylvania German four-square gardens. The gardens will be dug and constructed beginning April 6.
