Lehigh released its 2013 football schedule on Tuesday morning and if Mountain Hawks fans like trips to New York and New Jersey, they're going to love this schedule.
Lehigh will play five home games, including the 149th meeting against Lafayette on Nov. 23. The other teams coming to Goodman Stadium include Central Connecticut State, New Hampshire, Georgetown and Holy Cross.
The road schedule includes five games in New York or New Jersey, two of them in New York City on back-to-back Saturdays as Lehigh visits Fordham on Oct. 5 and Columbia on Oct. 12.
The only non-New York/New Jersey road game is the Patriot League contest against Bucknell on Oct. 26.
The schedule divides nicely into nonleague/league with the five league games coming at the end beginning on Oct. 19 against Georgetown.
