Charli McClain scored on a 10-yard pass on the final play of the game to give the Alabama Hammers a 29-28 victory over the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks today, spoiling their debut in the Professional Indoor Football League.
The Steelhawks play their PIFL home opener at 4 p.m. next Sunday when they host the Knoxville Nighthawks at Stabler Arena.
