After a last-second loss to begin the season, the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks put on a much better showing in their home opener this afternoon in Lehigh University's Stabler Arena.
Quarterback and Bethlehem Catholic High School graduate Adam Bednarik threw four touchdowns and ran for two more to lead the Steelhawks to a 63-45 Professional Indoor Football League victory over the Knoxville NightHawks.
