Selvaggio Enterprises wants Lower Nazareth to haul away trash

Selvaggio and Lower Nazareth for months have been at odds over the property at 623 Selvaggio Drive, which Lower Nazareth Township bought in January at a sheriff's sale. The township wants to transform the 35,000-square-foot property into the new municipal complex. However, Selvaggio's plumbing, heating and excavating companies, as well as a wood company, refuse to vacate.
