The facility includes almost 14,000 square feet of retail and greenhouse building on 5-plus acres with frontage on Route 563. The business had been owned and operated for the past 20 years by John Salventi and Tom Purviance. The buyers, Kirsten Smith and Kathleen Dunham, took over the operation in June.
