Noon-10 p.m.: Agr-Plex exhibits/demonstrations; Poultry Building; Livestock Barns; 4-H Barnyard Petting Zoo, next to judging tent; Pennsylvania Civil War Road Show exhibit, Agri-Plex Square.
Noon-11 p.m.: Indoor shopping/dining, Fair personality Punkin Miller Headquarters, Lehigh Valley Garden Railroad Club exhibit, Main Exhibit Building. Ritz Barbecue indoor dining, Outdoor shopping/eating stands, 1st & 4th Aves. & Midway.
Noon to 2 a.m.: MainGate Night Club and Bier Garten.

2:15 p.m.: Writer Simonee deFuccio shares her research on the Hon. Jeremiah Roth—entrepreneur, farmer and president of The Allentown Fair from 1884-1907, Centennial Stage.
