Parkland beats Whitehall to put Becahi in the LVC softball tournament

http://blogs.mcall.com/groller/ FROM KEITH GROLLER Parkland edged Whitehall 2-1 and Bethlehem Catholic routed Easton 11-1 today, putting the Golden Hawks in next week's LVC softball tournament. Still don't know who will be the top seed in the tourney which begins Monday night at Pates Park (games at 5 and 7) and who will be playing who. We do know that Becahi joins division winners Emmaus, Parkland and Liberty in the final four. Emmaus will be the No. 3 seed and Becahi No. 4. Liberty can nail down the top seed if it beats Easton on Friday. If the Hurricanes lose, Parkland would grab the top seed and play Becahi in the semis.
