District 11 softball: Tough day so far for the Colonial League

In 2A semifinal games, Pine Grove 3, Palmerton 2; North Schuylkill 7, Pen Argyl 2. In 3A: Pottsville 5, Saucon Valley 2. That sets Thursday's championship game schedule as: 3A final: Pottsville vs. Northwestern or Becahi, 2 p.m. at Pates Park. 2A final: North Schuylkill vs, Pine Grove, 1 p.m. at Blue Mountain. The 4Af final, featuring Liberty against either Northampton or Emmaus, 7 p.m. at Pates Park.
