Vertel Martin, associate professor of criminal justice and retired New York police lieutenant, will be the keynote speaker. The Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum, 432 W. Walnut St., Allentown, will hold a ceremony at 1 p.m. Saturday. Vietnam veteran Jim Cava will speak. The Allentown Band will commemorate 9/11 during its annual tribute to Albertus L.
