A 20-year-old Nazareth man was arraigned today after a 15-year-old girl told authorities he forced her to perform sex acts on him.
Dylan Kenneth Noble, 20, of the first block of Easton Road, appeared before District Judge John Capobianco court records say. He is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault. Capobianco set bail at $75,000 unsecured.
In 2009, Noble allegedly called the girl "babe" and "sweetie" and asked her to perform a sex act on him. She was 12 or 13 at the time. He also pulled out a condom and asked the girl to have sex with him, which she refused, court documents say. The two know each other, records say.
The victim told her parents about the incident, who went to police headquarters Sept. 6 and brought it to the attention of authorities.
Noble is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 23.
