http://sportsmediajournal.com/ Zook, Nutt, and Brewster Join CBS Sports Network College Football Coverage- The CBS Sports Network announced today that it has added former coaches Ron Zook, Houston Nutt, and Tim Brewster to its roster of college football analysts. As the network prepares for this season’s coverage Brewster will work with play-by-play announcer Dave Ryan and reporter Evan Washburn to call Conference USA and Patriot League games, while Zook and Nutt will serve as studio analysts on the Network’s various college football shows. Phelps to be Next Student on Golf Channel’s Haney Project- Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps will trade in his goggles for golf clubs as he has been selected to be the next student for instructor Hank Haney on the next production of The Haney Project on the Golf Channel. Production of the new series begins next month with the debut in February. ESPN Has NASCAR This Weekend- ESPN will continue its coverage of the NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup series races this weekend. On Saturday the NASCAR Nationwide Series competes in Montreal, with pre-race at 2 p.m. and the race at 2:48 p.m. Announcers will be Marty Reid and analyst Ricky Craven. The Sprint Cup race takes place Sunday begining at noon with NASCAR Countdown at the Pure Michigan 400 at the Michigan International Speedway. Allen Bestwick and analysts Dale Jarrett and Andy Petree will call the race.
