Hires and promotions at Lehigh Valley companies

Tebeau will manage daily activities of the chapter's offices in East Norriton and Allentown and will further construction throughout the region. Before joining the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, Tebeau was president and CEO of the Central Ohio Chapter in Columbus for 11 years. During this time, she led the chapter's efforts to defeat a potential Project Labor Agreement on a local minor league baseball stadium and received a victorious legal verdict from the Ohio Supreme Court regarding how the state views "prevailing wage violations." Peter G. Schweyer of Allentown has been appointed as director of government and community relations for Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. He will oversee the hospital's community outreach, manage government grants and manage relationships with elected and appointed governmental officials. Prior to his employment with Sacred Heart Hospital, Schweyer served as chief of staff to state Rep. Jennifer L. Mann, D-Lehigh, for approximately eight years. He had previously served as legislative assistant for state Sen. Lisa M. Boscola, D-Northampton, and State Representative Steve Samuelson, D-Northampton. He was also a schoolteacher in West Philadelphia in 2000. Schweyer graduated from Central Catholic High School and went on to earn a bachelors of arts degree with honors in political science from Pennsylvania State University. He also studied elementary education at St. Joseph's University on the post-graduate level.
