Brad J. Washburn, 31, was sentenced Monday to one year minus a day to two years minus a day in jail by Lehigh County Judge Robert L. Steinberg. By shaving one day off the minimum and maximum sentences, Washburn will serve time in Lehigh County Prison instead of serving a state prison sentence. Washburn was also fined $500.
