Former wrestling coach gets up to 2 years for third drug case

http://www.mcall.com/news/local/parkland/mc-south-whitehall-wrestling-coach-drugs-20120820,0,6353316.story FROM THE MORNING CALL A former teacher's aide and wrestling coach who was with a Bangor Area High School teacher when she overdosed on heroin in 2009 could serve up to two years in jail for his latest drug-related case. Brad J. Washburn, 31, was sentenced Monday to one year minus a day to two years minus a day in jail by Lehigh County Judge Robert L. Steinberg. By shaving one day off the minimum and maximum sentences, Washburn will serve time in Lehigh County Prison instead of serving a state prison sentence. Washburn was also fined $500.
