NAZARETH ROTARY CLUB will present a "Liberty for All" community concert 3 p.m. today, Sunday, March 4 at Nazareth Area High School auditorium, 501 E. Center St. The concert will feature the Allentown Band and Nazareth Community Band playing liberty-themed pieces. Tickets, $10, may be purchased at the door or in advance at the following locations: Whitefield House Museum in Nazareth, Memorial Library of Nazareth and Nazareth YMCA. BUCKS AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES

BUCKS COUNTY FREE LIBRARY has announced new hours at its branches effective Monday. Perkasie and Quakertown branches will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. On Thursday, the Perkasie branch will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the Quakertown branch will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Hours of operation at the Doylestown branch will remain the same. MONROE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER, 8050 Running Valley Road, Hamilton Township, will offer a birding field trip to Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area on Wednesday. The program will offer opportunities to view snow geese, tundra swans and other waterfowl.
