MLB Network to Again Begin Season With 30 Games, 30 Clubs in 30 Days

Once again the MLB Network (MLBN) will feature live game coverage of all 30 Major League teams over the first month of the season in its 30 Games, 30 Clubs in 30 Days series.

The series begins on Opening Day, April 5th and will conclude on May 4th. Over the course of the moth MLB Network will produce five games of their own, called MLB Network Showcase, beginning April 12th. Bob Costas and Jim Kaat will call the first two match-ups (Marlins/Phillies 4/12 and Rangers/Red Sox 4/17) while Matt Vasgersian will call the action with either Kaat or John Smoltz on the other three MLBN productions.
