ALLENTOWN CRIME WATCH'S 28th annual Leonard Buck Awards banquet will be at 6:45 p.m. April 19 at the Fearless Fire Company, Allentown. Mark Zimmer, chairman of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, will be the guest speaker and a neighborhood group leader and police officer of the year and certificates of appreciation will be awarded. For tickets for the family-style meal, which are $23, call Ruthann Phillips at 610-797-6870 by April 1. Tickets will not be available at the door.
SACRED HEART HOSPITAL, 421 Chew St., Allentown, is taking orders for its Easter strudel sale for 14-inch Kolache rolls with nut, apricot, poppy seed, raspberry or lekvar filling. To order rolls, which are $14 each, call 610-776-5413. Pick up will be held 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 2 and 3.
