NFL Picks Week 11: Looking for another miracle at the Meadowlands

FROM KEITH GROLLER

Busy Sunday again. I will start my day at the Goosey Gander in South Bethlehem this morning where Lehigh's football team will find out when, where and who it will play in the NCAA FCS tournament.

Lehigh, based on its 10-1 record and No. 6 ranking should get a home game, but you never know with the NCAA committee.

And then I will end my day at the Meadowlands for the Eagles-Giants game.

I will be looking for my own miracle at the Meadowlands which would be a correct pick on the Eagles.

I keep picking the Eagles every week, and almost every week, they've burned me as well as burned up their many fans in this region.

I was 8-6 outright, 8-6 against the spread and 7-7 on the over/under totals last week. For the season I am now 96-46 outright, 74-66-2 against the spread and 69-71-2 on the over/under totals.

I wisely took a pass on the Thursday night game because I doubt I am probably would have gone with the Jets and got Tebowed.

HOME TEAMS IN CAPS

ATLANTA (-6) 31, Tennessee 20 -- Over the 44 -- Even Falcons coach Mike Smith can't screw this one up.

MIAMI (-2), 20, Buffalo 17 -- Under the 43 -- If they're not careful, the Dolphins could be going from a "Suck for Luck" season to the brink of playoff contention.

BALTIMORE (-6.5) 23, Cincinnati 13 -- Under the 41 -- It's easier being a Rams fan than a Ravens fan, even though Baltimore is clearly better. At least with the Rams you know what you're going to get. With the Ravens, it's always a mystery.

Jacksonville (+1) 20, CLEVELAND 16 -- Over the 34 -- Only the bettors in Vegas will be watching this one.

Oakland (+1) 21, MINNESOTA 17 -- Under the 45 -- How in the world are the Vikings favored in this one?

DETROIT (-7) 24, Carolina 14 -- Under the 47.5 -- Lions getting ready for their annual Thanksgiving showcase on Thursday. With Packers coming to town, they better get their licks in here.

GREEN BAY (-14) 34, Tampa Bay 17 -- Over the 48.5 -- Beginning to believe they can run the table.

Dallas 20 (-7), WASHINGTON 17 -- Under the 41.5 -- The Cowboys are the Ravens of NFC. Tough to figure.

SAN FRANCISCO (-10) 27, Arizona 13 -- Under the 40.5 -- Harbaugh Bowl coming up on Thursday night.

Seattle (-3) 21, ST. LOUIS 10 -- Under the 39 -- How in the world are the Rams favored? Do the folks making these lines see their offense play?

San Diego (+3.5) 24, CHICAGO 17 -- Under the 45.5 -- Chargers are underachieving, Bears are overachieving. Sometimes you get a quick reversal of fortunes.

SUNDAY NIGHT

Philadelphia (+5.5) 27, New York Giants 20 -- Over the 45.5 -- Let the quarterback controversy begin in Philly. One more headache for Andy.

MONDAY NIGHT

NEW ENGLAND (-14.5) 35, Kansas City 17-- Over the 47 -- Expect lots of gushing about Brady from Gruden and Jaws.
