Palmer Township store sells $325,000 lottery ticket

FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES

There's a six-figure lottery jackpot for one patron of Palmer Township's Friendly Food Mart, the lottery announced today.

The Cash 5 ticket worth $325,213.50 matches all five numbers: 1, 17, 24, 30, 39.

It was purchased from the store at 3750 Freemansburg Ave., a lottery news release says. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identity of the winner until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The ticket-holder should sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of the Pennsylvania Lottery's seven area offices.

Claims may be filed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at headquarters and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices.
