FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES
Has the steady stream of customers into your local restaurant all but dried up with the current economy?
Then contact Food Network.
Producers are currently casting for "Restaurant: Impossible" Season 3, and they're looking for local contenders.
"Restaurant: Impossible" focuses on restaurants in need of a boost in customers, reviews and revenue, according to a news release.
Currently Season 2, hosted by Chef Robert Irvine, airs in the 10 p.m. time slot Wednesdays on Food Network.
So how do you enter?
Full-service restaurants with at least 50, but no more than 250, seats may apply. According to a news release, casting directors look for restaurant owners with strong, outgoing personalities, who are willing to overhaul their menu, decor and theme.
Tell the casting directors why they should visit your restaurant, by submitting an application at www.restaurantimpossible.com.
If picked, the host takes $10,000 in the course of two days to overhaul the restaurant.
