FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES
A fan suffered an apparent heart attack tonight shortly before Liberty High School's football game against Nazareth Area High School.
It happened about 6:40 in front of the Liberty stands at Frank Banko Field at Bethlehem Area School District Stadium.
A police officer said the man, whose identity wasn't immediately available, was taken by ambulance to St. Luke's Hospital.
Athletic trainers from Liberty High rushed to help the man, who had collapsed between the stadium track and west bleachers, near the Liberty student section.
They and emergency medical technicians were seen giving chest compressions before he was placed onto a gurney and put in the ambulance.
The public address announcer put out a call for any physicians in the crowd.
