Noon-10 p.m.: Agri~Plex exhibits/demonstrations, Agri~Plex. Poultry Building, Livestock Barns, 4-H Barnyard Petting Zoo, outside the judging tent.

Noon-11 p.m.: Indoor shopping, dining, Fair personality Punkin Miller headquarters, Lehigh Valley Garden Railroad Club running exhibit, main exhibit building. Outdoor shopping/eating stands, First and Fourth avenues and midway.

1 p.m.: Lehigh County 4-H Beef, Sheep, Swine Sale, judging tent. Lesson Center Music Showcase, Farmerama Theater. Farm to Table Cooking Series, Beth DeFrancisco senior Pampered Chef Consultant/Contest Sponsor, Agri~Plex.

1-9 p.m.: Demonstrating Crafter of the Day – Ed Youtz, wood turner, main exhibit building.

1-11 p.m.: Rides, games, midway.

2 p.m.: Bobby Mercer Road Show, music and variety, music tent. Papmpered Chef Independent Cooking Consultants Original Cookie Contest, Agri~Plex.

2:15 p.m.: Miss Lorita's Vintage Fashion Show "Fashion Hats on Parade," Centennial Stage.

2:30 p.m.: Robinson's Pig Paddling Porkers, pig racing, Machinery Avenue Court.

3 p.m.: Extreme Canine Stunt Dog Show, Farmerama Theater. Farm to Table Cooking Series, Iron Chef Competition Susan Roth Culinary Instructor Northampton Commuunity College vs. Natalie Miller chef/owner Loopers Bar & Grille, Agri~Plex.

3:15 p.m.: Ryan Cohen, singer/songwriter/composer, Centennial Stage.
