Lehigh Valley Fever girls basketball team goes 6-1, finishes fifth in the nation at Disney World.

But a group of Lehigh Valley girls basketball players didn't have a happy time when they played in a national tournament at the Magic Kingdom in 2011. "We had two girls get hurt — one tore her ACL and the other had a major knee injury," said Dean Reiman, coach of the team. "The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths." A year later, the Lehigh Valley Fever, a ninth-grade AAU basketball team, made a return trip to ESPN's Wide World of Sports complex at Disney. The team went 3-0 in pool play before losing in the quarterfinals to the eventual national champ, the Louisiana Diamond Elite. However, they rallied to win three more games in the consolation bracket to finish among the nation's best.
