FROM ROSS NUNAMAKER
You may not think of Martin Guitar as a technology company, but the Ben Franklin Partnership does and it makes sense.
While mostly handcrafted, Martin relies on technology for a range of reasons including its robotic finishing, tuning, and now to refine the sound quality of the top plate of the guitar.
All things considered, the grant is reasonably nominal at under $8000, especially compared to some of the grants to solar, hydra, and software.
