A column by Stephen A. Smith of the Philadelphia Inquirer today says that Allen Iverson, who recently ended his season with the Sixers, has gambling and alcohol problems.

Smith calls out friends and associates of Iverson, saying they should get help for Iverson before it's too late. Just last week, it was learned that Iverson's wife had filed for divorce. Earlier, it was announced that Iverson would not return to the Sixers this season.
