Former Nazareth resident and NHS graduate Ryan Nunamaker was named wrestling’s Coach of the Year by the Morning Call. Coaching the Call’s Team of the Year Nunamaker led the Trojans to a District XI tournament championship. It was the first title in school history, the first by a Lehigh County team since Allen won in 1967, and the first team other than Nazareth, Northampton, or Easton to win since 1982. The Trojans also finished 2nd in the PIAA State Dual Meet Championships, 2nd in the Team Districts, and 2nd in the LVC.
Nazareth’s Zach Horan was named Wrestler of the Year (read the article here) following his outstanding junior season.
