AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY, Bethlehem, needs volunteers to make phone calls inviting Lehigh Valley corporations/employees to the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Kickoff Breakfast. Hours are 9 a.m. to noon or 1-4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays June 11 to end of July. Short training session scheduled June 10. A call script will be provided. EASTON AREA COMMUNITY CENTER needs volunteers for our Summer Day Camp for youth age 5-15 June 24 to Aug. 16. Camp days are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, but we remain open to campers until 5 p.m. Minimum age 16. Adult volunteers must have PA Childline clearances and pass criminal background check.
