Offensive tackle Mike Ryan, a Marian Catholic product and former teammate of Frey's at UConn, has signed a free-agent contract with the Cincinnati Bengals. And Liberty grad and Northwestern quarterback Dan Persa has received a mini-camp invite from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
