Quick NFL picks on a busy Sunday

FROM KEITH GROLLER

It's off to church and then the Eagles game for yours truly.

My picks could use some diviine guidance today after my worst Sunday of the season last week.

I was 8-6 outright, 4-9-1 against the spread and 7-7 on the over/under totals.

For the season, I am now 134-65 outright, 104-91-4 against the spread and 95-101-3 on the totals.

Maybe doing these quickly at 8 a.m. in the morning will help. Can't hurt.

HOME TEAMS IN CAPS

New York Giants 26 (-6.5), WASHINGTON 23 -- Over the 46.5 -- This one will have the Eagles eliminated and their fouls in a foul mood even before the kickoff today at the Linc.

Green Bay (-13.5) 38, KANSAS CITY 14 -- Over the 46 -- Lots of Super Bowl I references from Chris Berman types today.

New Orleans (-7.5) 28, MINNESOTA 20 -- Under the 53 -- Will Dononvan McNabb ever take another snap in the NFL?

Seattle (+3.5) 24, CHICAGO 20 -- Over the 36 -- Bet they sure do appreciate Jay Cutler in the Windy City now.

BUFFALO (-1.5) 26, Miami 20 -- Over the 41 -- Bills rekindle early-season magic for one day.O

HOUSTON (-6) 24, Carolina 17 -- Under the 45 -- It it wasn't for Tebow,T.J. Yates might be the story of the year -- at least the season's second half.

Tennessee (-6.5) 19, INDIANAPOLIS 17 -- Under the 41.5 -- Colts got it right. If you're going to be bad, might as well be real bad.

ST. LOUIS (+7) 24, Cincinnati 21 -- Over the 39,5 -- It would be just like the Rams to screw up a couple of draft-pick spots by winning a game they shouldn't win.

OAKLAND (+1) 30, Detroit 24 -- Over the 49.5 -- So Suh me for not picking the Lions.

New England (-7.5) 24, DENVER 17 -- Under the 47 --A dream game for CBS.

PHILADELPHIA (-3) 30, New York Jets 17 -- Over the 44 -- No playoffs, but guess what Philly, Andy's definitely back.

ARIZONA (-6.5) 21, Cleveland 14 -- Under the 37.5 -- Larry Fitzgerald can make any quarterback look good.

SUNDAY NIGHT

SAN DIEGO (+2.5) 31, Baltimore 21 -- Over the 44.5 -- Chargers still eyeing a backdoor to the postseason.

MONDAY NIGHT

SAN FRANCISCO (-3) 23, Pittsburgh 17 -- Over the 38.5 -- The Harbaugh brothers know how to beat the Steelers. I am sure the brothers talked this week and it wasn't about Christmas gifts.
