AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY, Bethlehem needs volunteers to transport cancer patients to and from their treatments in the society's vehicle or their own. All shifts on weekdays, mornings and afternoons. Training will be provided. Contact: Pat Long, 610-921-2329, pat.long@cancer.org

GIRL SCOUTS OF EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA needs troop leaders throughout the Lehigh Valley to help girls get exposed to new experiences through field trips and to help them earn badges. . Meeting times are flexible and support and training is provided. Leaders must have a background check and attend three steps of training. MEALS ON WHEELS NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Bethlehem is looking for volunteers to grocery shop for homebound seniors. Groceries are charged to an account at the Giant in Wind Gap and then delivered to the client's home. Volunteers should be detail oriented and use their own car. XNorthampton (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) MILLER-KEYSTONE BLOOD CENTER, Bethlehem needs donor aides and canteen attendants to assist blood donors during blood mobiles at churches, schools, and businesses in the Lehigh Valley. SACRED HEART HOSPITAL, Allentown seeks volunteers to serve as a clerk in its Gift Shop to assist customers, stock shelves, and manage sales. SHARE CARE FAITH IN ACTION, Bethlehem needs volunteers to assist clients in Lehigh and Northampton countiesto transport clients to and from doctor visits and to help clients with their grocery shopping. THE COCO FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds for pediatric cancer and help families going through cancer-related illness, is seeking volunteers who can assist with children's education and community programs.
