Larry Holmes Drive building damaged by truck driving beneath it

FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES

The Northampton County Assistance Office in the 200 block of Larry Holmes Drive in Easton was damaged today by a truck driving through the parking area under the raised building.

The roof of a Durnin's Fast Plumbing truck struck the bottom of the building.

The collision tore off part of a window, ceiling tiles and insulation, and an employee training room was exposed after the materials fell to the ground.

No injuries were reported, according to officials at the scene. The building was inspected, and the office remained open.
