Buffalo Chicken Sausage Wrap
Buffalo Chicken Sausage Wrap (Chef Walter Staib from City Tavern)
Makes 1 Wrap
1 Dietz & Watson® Buffalo Chicken Sausage
1 12-inch flour tortilla
2 tablespoons bleu cheese dressing
1 tablespoon Dietz & Watson® Sandwich Spread
1 cup of shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 Dietz & Watson® Kosher Dill Pickle, sliced lengthwise into strips
1. Pan sear or grill the Dietz & Watson® Buffalo Chicken Sausage and slice lengthwise into six strips (warm).
2. Lay the tortilla flat on a work surface and spread with the bleu cheese dressing and sandwich spread.
3. Top the center of the tortilla with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Lay warm sausage strips on top.
4. Fold the sides in and roll up. Slice in half on a bias.
