Due to a limited number of parking spaces available because of the snow, the fans coming to the LVC and Colonial League basketball championship doubleheaders at Freedom on Saturday have been strongly encouraged to carpool to conserve spots.
The LVC schedule begins at noon with the Becahi-CCHS girls title game followed at 2 by the much-anticipated Parkland-CCHS boys championship game.
The gym will then be cleared and the Colonial League session will begin at 6 with Northwestern and Southern Lehigh girls title contest followed at approximately 8 by the Catasauqua and Notre Dame boys.
Colonial League chairman Tom Moll said that the CL boys all-star team will be honored at halftime of the girls game and the girls all-star squad will be saluted at halftime of the boys title game.
